HLH Express has implemented a new policy for the loss or damaged items, the company will reimburse β¨ 10 times β¨ of shipping cost or actual item price. ? ? Other conditions include:
1. If there is a small break, the company will assess the actual damage or we will follow the original policy if the break is big to be accepted.
2. The company will not be responsible for any items that are damaged or broken due to negligence of improper packaging in accordance with the standards of transport that we have stated. Thanks for always choosing HLH Express !! ??
